N.K.P. Pharma Private Limited is out here at Plot No. 1814/B in Phase-3 of the Gidc Industrial Area in Vatva. If you've ever been to Vatva, you know it’s a very industrial place with a lot of trucks and dust. Our building is just like many others on this street, made of concrete and built for work. We have been here for a good while now. The inside is mostly taken up by our equipment and storage areas. We don't have a garden or a nice view, just other factories and warehouses. The work we do is pretty repetitive, but it’s important to stay focused. We have a group of workers who show up every day and just get on with it. There’s no big corporate vibe here; we all eat lunch together and complain about the heat in the summer. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the orders are packed correctly. It's noisy during the day with the sounds of the industrial area all around us, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure the products are made right and sent out on time. It's a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, especially when a big order comes in. But that’s what we do here in Vatva.
