Nila Infrastructures Limited (Sambhaav Group)

Nila Infrastructures Limited is part of the Sambhaav Group, and we are based in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Satellite is a busy part of the city, and our office sits right in the middle of all that activity. We spend our days dealing with the various aspects of infrastructure work, which involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls. It’s not particularly exciting to look at from the outside, but there’s always something that needs to be done. The office has a very practical layout. There are some blueprints and maps pinned to the walls, and the desks are usually covered in files and folders. We don't have a dedicated interior designer; the furniture is just stuff that we’ve gathered over time because it was available and it served its purpose. Our team is a mix of people who have been with the group for a long time and some newer faces as well. We don't go in for big mission statements or corporate retreats. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Lunchtime usually involves one of us going out to get some snacks for the whole group, and we eat while talking about anything except work. It’s a very grounded atmosphere here. We know the city of Ahmedabad well, and we’ve seen it grow, so being part of that through our work feels right. It’s just a normal job.
