We’ve been at No. 79 in the S.V. Co-Operative Industrial Estate for a while now. Balanagar is a busy spot, and being in Phase-III puts us right in the middle of things. Most days it’s just us doing our work, making sure things get done right for the people who come to us. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. It’s more about showing up and handling the tasks at hand. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times we are just heads down in the workshop. The industrial estate has changed over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is. We deal with whatever comes through the door. People know where to find us if they need something sorted out. We keep our tools ready and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s a straightforward setup. You won’t find any marble lobbies here, just a lot of work getting finished. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this part of Balanagar, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being consistent. It’s not always easy, especially when traffic is bad around the estate, but we make it work. Every morning we open up, check the schedule, and get started. It’s a practical way to run things, and it seems to suit us just fine.
