The Jalaram Steel Stores

If you are looking for us, we are up on the 2nd floor of the Polarish Building. It’s in the Swastik Co Op Society area, right near Stadium Circle in Navrangpura. The Jalaram Steel Stores has been around for some time now. Dealing with steel is heavy work. We have stacks of records and samples around the office. Navrangpura is a crowded part of the city, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We share the building with a few other businesses. The stairs are a bit steep but there is a lift if it’s working. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking orders. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Steel prices go up and down, so there is always something to keep an eye on. We don't have a flashy showroom. It’s more of a functional space where we manage the sales. Most people who come by are regulars who know where we are. We sit near the window and can see the traffic moving toward the circle. It’s a noisy spot but we are used to it. The office is 1/B. We try to keep things organized but it gets busy. Just a local steel business doing what we know. We’ve been in this society for a long time. It feels like we have always been part of this neighborhood.
