Monarch Dyestuffs Inds. Exports Ltd. is tucked away in the Sagun Complex over in Navrangpura. We are at 301, which is building number 93 in the Swastik Society. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for Saint Xaviers School because we are right behind it. Being near a school means the mornings are always loud with buses and kids, but it settles down once classes start. We handle a lot of export work from this office. It’s mostly about coordinating between the production side and the shipping schedules. The desks are usually piled with documents and shipping labels. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years, so we all know how the system works. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoon, but we just wait it out or work on whatever doesn't need a computer. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see us working. The area around Swastik Society is full of other businesses too, so there is always someone coming or going. We focus on getting the dyestuffs where they need to go, whether that’s across the country or overseas. It's a lot of logistical work, but we are used to it by now. We just get the job done without much fuss.
