You can find us in the basement of Aakash Apartment, specifically Basement-2. It is tucked away behind Oxford Tower on Haresh Dudhiya Lane in the Gurukul area. It is a bit of a funny spot because we are right opposite Balsiv Apartment in Memnagar, and if you aren't looking closely at the signs, you might walk right past the entrance to the stairs. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a nice break from the heat outside. We have been doing tele services here for a bit, and the space works for us. It is not a huge office with a lot of windows, but we have enough light to see what we are doing. The lane outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a struggle for the people living in the apartments. We spend our time answering phones and dealing with the technical side of the service. Most of the people who come by are folks from the local towers or the nearby streets. It is a quiet enough place to work, though you can hear the cars on the main road if you listen for it. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no big decorations or anything corporate feeling. Just a desk, some chairs, and the equipment we use every day. It’s just a regular neighborhood business trying to stay on top of the work.
