Naveen Industries

Naveen Industries is located at B-12 in the Iti Ancillary Indl. Estate in Mahadevapuram. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the other industrial zones in the city. Our unit is just one of many in a long row of similar-looking buildings. We’ve been here for several years now and have gotten to know the people in the neighboring units quite well. The workspace is functional and a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of raw materials sitting around. We don't have a fancy office or a corporate structure. It’s just a few of us working together to get the orders out on time. The machines have their own quirks and we’ve learned how to handle them over the years. Some days the work is steady and other days it’s a bit of a rush to meet a deadline. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just manufacturing and keeping the production line moving. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a batch, but we don't mind it too much as long as the job is finished. We have our small tea break in the morning and another one in the afternoon, which is when we catch up on the local news. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation. We just want to keep doing what we're doing at our own pace in Mahadevapuram.
