S. S. Impex

S. S. Impex is based at 1 New Akhand Anand Soc. We are right opposite the Tiger Flats in the Nava Vadaj area. It’s a bit of a landmark, those flats, so it makes finding us easier. Our place is in a society, so it has a more community feel than a cold office building. We use the space for our trading and impex business. It’s just house number one. We’ve been here for a long time. Nava Vadaj is a busy part of the city, but our society is tucked away just enough to be manageable. We spend our mornings going through the mail and checking on orders. It’s a small operation. We don't have a lot of employees, just a core group. We often eat lunch together. The office is pretty basic—just some tables, computers, and a lot of paper. We aren't into big fancy presentations or anything like that. We just do the work we need to do. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet is slow, and we just deal with it. It’s a real, local business. We like being in this part of town because it feels like home. S. S. Impex is just us doing our thing every day. We usually close up around six and walk over to the local market if we need anything for our homes. It is a simple life and we don't ask for much more than that. We have a small balcony where we keep a few plants, though they don't grow very well because of the city smoke. Still, it is nice to have a little green around while we work.
