Bhagwati Iron Steel Works

We spend most of our days at Bhagwati Iron Steel Works over in Nava Vadaj. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away behind Parth Tower, not too far from the Abhinadan Apartment. This part of Ahmedabad has been our home for a good while. It is a workshop, so expect some dust and the sound of machines running most of the time. We work with iron and steel in various forms. Sometimes it is just small pieces, other times it is bigger structural stuff. We don't have a big team or a fancy showroom. It is just a place where we get our hands dirty. The heat in the summer makes the metal work even tougher, but we keep at it. Usually, we start early before the sun gets too high. There is always a pile of scrap in the corner and some half-finished projects waiting. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about the shop. It is a straightforward operation. We cut, we bend, and we join things together. We try to be fair and just do what is needed. If you drop by, you will likely see us in the middle of a job. It is not always quiet here, but that is how a steel works goes. We have got our routine down now after all these years in this spot. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get the dimensions right for every piece we touch. We keep at it until the day ends.
