We've been at 103 Paras Kunj Society in Ahmedabad for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in the neighborhood where we focus on teaching management stuff. People come here to learn about how businesses actually run, and we try to keep things grounded. There isn’t a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some classrooms and desks where students sit down to figure things out. Living and working in Gujarat means we see a lot of people trying to start their own thing, so we talk about that quite a bit. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit noisy during the day, but inside we just stick to the books and the lessons. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the subjects well enough to help others understand them. It’s mostly about getting through the coursework and making sure everyone gets what they need to move on to their next job. We’ve had all sorts of people walk through these doors over the years. Some are just starting out and others have been working for a bit and want a change in their career. We don't make big promises about the future, we just show up every day and do the teaching part. It’s a straightforward setup here in Ahmedabad. If you find yourself near Paras Kunj, that’s where you’ll find our office. It isn’t much to look at from the street, but it works for what we do.
