We are over at Plot No. 8/13 in the Phase-1 Gidc area. It is a municipal industrial plot so things are usually pretty busy around here starting early in the morning. People often ask what we do at Neo Microns Pvt. Ltd. but mostly we just focus on getting the work done day after day. The shop floor is where most of the activity happens. It can get a bit loud when everything is running at once but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors in the other plots are all doing their own thing too. It is not a fancy place by any means. There is dust from the nearby construction sometimes and the roads get a little rough when it rains hard. Our office is just a small space tucked away from the main workshop. We keep our files there and handle the paperwork that comes with running a business like this. Most of our time is spent checking on orders or making sure the equipment is working like it should. Sometimes parts break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them. It is just steady work. We do not have a big team but everyone knows their job. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nothing gets stuck in the pipeline. It is practical work for practical people.
