If you’re in Ahmedabad and looking for us, we’re on the 3rd floor of the Jairaj Complex. It’s building C-17, right near Soni Ne Chawal. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and small businesses around. Our office for Metso Minerals India Pvt Ltd is where we handle the mineral and rock processing business for this part of Gujarat. It’s a walk up to the third floor, but it keeps us fit. The office has a lot of windows, so we can see the street below while we work. Most of our time is spent talking to people at the quarries or the plants. We don't go in for big marketing talk. We just tell people what parts are available and when they can expect them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We have some samples around the office and a lot of technical manuals that have seen better days. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat like everyone else in Ahmedabad. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a polished lobby. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We focus on the equipment and making sure our customers aren't left waiting. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it’s served us well so far. We just try to be straight with people and do the job right without any added fluff.
