Our setup is located at Plot No. C1b/1210 1204 in Phase 4 of the GIDC. It is a bit of a funny layout because we are working across two different plots that aren't exactly right next to each other in the way you’d expect. We spend a lot of time walking back and forth between the two. One side is where we keep the raw materials and the other is where the real work happens. Being in the dye and chem business means everything you touch turns a different color. My hands are usually stained by the time I get home, no matter how much I wash them. We don't have any fancy brochures or a corporate office in some big city. We are just here on the ground in the industrial estate. The noise of the machinery is pretty much constant, and you just get used to it after a while. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role, so we don't need a lot of meetings. We just look at the orders for the day and get to work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pump breaking or a shipment getting lost, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s not a perfect system, but we’ve been at 1210 and 1204 for a long time and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
