You can find Agrawal Dye Stuff Industries at Plot No. C1/326 in Phase 1 of Gidc. We are right behind Lions School, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to navigate this part of the industrial estate. It is a bit strange having a school so close to an industrial area, but you get used to the sounds of the kids playing during their breaks while we are working with dyes inside. Our work is pretty messy. Making dye stuff involves a lot of water and powder, so things get colored pretty quickly. We wear old clothes because there is no point in trying to keep things clean. The shed has high ceilings to help with the heat, but it still gets stuffy. We have been at this plot for a long time now. The neighborhood is mostly other small factories and warehouses. We know the guys at the units next door, and we often help each other out if someone needs a hand moving something heavy. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't spend much time in an office; we're usually out on the floor making sure the batches are coming out right. It is just the way things are done here. We focus on the tasks at hand and do not worry too much about the rest. It is simple enough for us.
