N. K. Pharma Industries

N. K. Pharma Industries is located at Plot No. 1814/B in the Phase-III section of GIDC Vatva. We’ve been operating out of this industrial estate for a good number of years. It’s a practical location for what we do, which is mostly processing and handling pharmaceutical products. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space that meets the health standards we need to follow. Inside, we have our equipment and storage areas. We have a small team that handles the production and the loading of trucks. It can get pretty hectic when several orders need to go out at once. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for billing or ordering raw materials. Most of the day is spent on the floor making sure things are running the way they should. We know most of the neighbors in this part of the GIDC. We help each other out if someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. It’s a community of makers and doers. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell people we make pharma goods and we do it carefully. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it instead of producing. That’s just how it goes in a real factory.
