N. K. P. Pharma Private Limited

N. K. P. Pharma Private Limited operates out of Phase 3 in the Vatva GIDC area. We are spread across two spots, Plot No.1814/B and 1808. Being in the pharmaceutical line means we have to be very careful with our work, so most of our day is spent checking and re-checking things. The Vatva industrial area is quite big and can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. There is always a lot of noise from the nearby factories and the sound of heavy vehicles moving on the roads. Our buildings are functional and simple. We don't have fancy decorations or a lobby with plush chairs. It’s mostly stainless steel and white walls inside to keep things clean and tidy for the work we do. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces. We don't go for corporate talk or big presentations. Usually, we are just in our lab coats or work gear, focusing on the production schedules. Sometimes the humidity in the summer makes it tough to work, but we have some fans and coolers that help a bit. We just try to stay focused on the job and get our batches out on time. It’s a lot of routine, but we find a way to make it work every day without much fuss.
