We’ve been working out of the Lakeview Appt area for a while now. If you know Vastrapur, you know it gets busy, but our spot at R/2 is actually pretty quiet most mornings. We mostly spend our time on the phones or looking through piles of resumes to find the right people for different jobs. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we try to get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes people drop by to talk about hiring, and we just sit down and see what they need. We aren't a big flashy agency with a huge staff. It’s just us here, handling the paperwork and making calls. Most days involve a lot of follow-ups and checking details that others might miss. We like being near the lake because it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us the first time. The traffic around Gujarat 380054 can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so we usually get in early. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people look for work lately, but the basics of just talking to someone and figuring out if they fit a role haven't changed much. We just take it one day at a time, helping companies fill their spots and helping people find a place to work. It's practical work, really. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a local office doing what we know how to do.
