You’ll find us over at units 11-12 in the Ganesh Industries Estate, which is part of the Mahagujarat Estate in the village of Moraiya, Sanand. Moody Baker Private Limited is a private limited company, but at the end of the day, we are really just a group of people who spend our time baking. Being in an industrial estate means we have the space we need for our equipment and ovens, but it’s definitely not a fancy place to visit. It’s noisy and busy, and there is always the smell of something in the oven. We handle a lot of the bulk baking for this area, which means a lot of manual work and long shifts for the crew. We don't spend any time on slick marketing or trying to sound like a big corporate entity. We’d rather focus on making sure our products are consistent and that they get delivered on time. Sanand is a real hub for manufacturing, and we feel right at home among all the other businesses here. It’s a lot of hard work, and sometimes things go wrong, like a machine acting up or a delivery being late, but we just deal with it and move on. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a practical bakery business trying to do a decent job every day. It’s about getting the orders right and keeping things moving.
