Mohan Landmark Pvt Ltd has been based here at Purohit Avenue for quite some time now. We are located right across from the Municipal Market on C G Road, which means it gets pretty lively around here, especially in the afternoons. If you are familiar with this part of the city, you probably know where the Jain Derasar is; we are situated very close to it. The office is our registered branch for Relief Road, but we spend all our hours here. Facing the Aniket Building gives us a good view of the street life. To be honest, the traffic on C G Road can be a bit much sometimes, and finding a spot to park a scooter is often a daily struggle for the staff. We aren't a big corporate setup with shiny glass walls. It’s more of a practical space where we handle our daily tasks. We’ve seen the shops around us change names and owners, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. The building is older, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own, but it’s home to us. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local area. We don’t really spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Usually, people just find us because they know the landmark or they’ve been coming here for years. It is just a regular office doing its thing every day. We just keep our heads down and work.
