We are based out of the Gujarat Estate, specifically at No. 16-2K. If you are driving down Sarkhej Sanand Road, you will see Kiran Motors nearby, and that is usually the best way to find us. It’s a busy industrial and commercial patch, so there is always a lot of activity with vehicles and workers. Milan Pharma operates from a unit that is more about function than form. We have shelves for the products and a space where we handle the billing and shipping details. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have got some good fans to keep the air moving. Our team is small, mostly just a few folks who have worked together for a long time. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get the work done. The estate can be a bit confusing to navigate if you are new, but once you find our unit, it is pretty straightforward. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers along the Sanand Road corridor. It is a practical location for moving goods in and out. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big advertisements. We just focus on making sure the boxes get loaded onto the trucks on time and the paperwork is all in order. It is a busy, noisy, but satisfying way to spend our working hours.
