We are Micro Max Pharma Exports, and you can find us at No. 5 Sumangalam, B.O.B. Lane in Fateh Nagar. It’s a small corner of the area, but it works for what we do. We’ve been handling exports from here for a good while. The lane can get a bit tight when there’s a lot of traffic, but we manage. Most of the day is spent checking paperwork and making sure the crates are packed correctly. We aren’t a huge corporation with a thousand offices. It’s just us here in Fateh Nagar. We know our neighbors and they know us. People often ask what we do, and we just tell them we move pharmaceutical goods. It’s straightforward work. No need for big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get the job done without any mistakes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but we’re used to the sounds of the city by now. We focus on our lists and our shipping dates. Every now and then, we have a cup of tea and talk about the weather before getting back to the boxes. It’s a steady life. We don’t overcomplicate things.
