Metal Craft

We are over in the Kirti Nagar industrial area, specifically on the first floor of 69/2A. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on around us. You can hear trucks backing up and the sound of heavy machinery from the neighbors. Our workshop is where we do all our metal work. It’s a space filled with tools, scraps of steel, and welding equipment. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, so we have to sweep it up constantly. We make all sorts of things out of metal, depending on what people ask for. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we often go home with tired arms and soot on our faces. We don’t have a fancy office or a place for guests to sit. Usually, we just talk to people right there on the shop floor. We have a small table in the back where we keep our lunch boxes and a water cooler. The lighting isn't great, but it's enough to see what we are doing. We’ve been working in Kirti Nagar for a long time, so we are used to the pace here. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just take the orders, do the cutting and joining, and try to make sure everything is solid. It’s just us and the metal, day in and day out. Some days the machines act up, but we fix them and keep going.
