Our office is located at A/809 in Fairdeal House, which is right near Swastik Roads in the Navrangpura area. It’s a pretty busy commercial spot, so there is always something going on outside. We are up on the eighth floor, which gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with metal orders to look out the window much. The office is a standard layout with several desks and a small corner for files. We deal with various types of metals, and while we don't keep the big stock here, we handle all the buying and selling. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The building is fairly modern compared to some of the others in the area, but our specific office is kept very plain. We have a few chairs for visitors, but most people just call us instead of coming in. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, papers tend to pile up on the desks. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the accounts. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't have any big mission statements on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work for the day, and make sure the customers get what they asked for. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten used to the pace of life in Navrangpura.
