Mehul Chemist Store

If you are coming down toward the Vijaynagar Railway Crossing in New Vadaj, you probably know how busy it gets with the trains and the traffic. Our place, Mehul Chemist Store, is right there on the ground floor of the Krishna Complex. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you are already on Bhimjipura Road. We have been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while now, just dealing with the daily routine of the neighborhood. The shop is not anything fancy, just a regular space filled with the shelves we need to keep things organized. Being on the ground floor helps because people can just pull up their scooters and hop inside without having to deal with stairs or anything like that. The area around New Vadaj always has something going on, especially with the crossing nearby, so there is usually a bit of noise from the engines and the people moving about. We just open up the shutters every day and get to work. It gets a bit dusty sometimes with the road right there, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Most of the people who stop by are just locals living in the nearby blocks or folks heading home after work. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just a small chemist shop in a busy corner of Ahmedabad, trying to keep the shelves stocked for whoever walks through the door.
