Meghmani Organics Ltd has its spot right here in the Gidc Industrial Estate. We are specifically located in Phase-Ii Vatva, at units 183-184. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always loud with trucks and machines going all day. We’ve been around for a bit, focusing on dyes and pigments and basic chemicals. It’s dusty work sometimes. The sun hits the metal roofs in the afternoon and it gets pretty hot inside. We don’t mind it much because we’re busy. Most of us have been working in Vatva for years. We know the neighbors and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s a factory and an office combined into one. We spend our mornings checking the production lines. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just how it goes in a place like this. We make sure the shipments get out on time because people rely on us for their own businesses. Our address is easy to find if you know the layout of the estate. We’ve got a good group of workers who show up rain or shine. There’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of, which isn't the fun part, but it's necessary. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the machines running. It’s a bit gritty, but it’s our livelihood.
