Marvel Spring Industries

We’ve been here at Shrinathji Estate for quite a while now. Most people know the area near Soni Chal, it's pretty busy. We make springs of all sorts. Big ones, small ones, some for machines you wouldn't even think of. The workshop gets loud when the metal is being shaped, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our time looking at orders and making sure the dimensions are right. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps the lights on. Panna Estate Road usually has a lot of trucks moving in and out, so getting materials delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes. My cousin helps with the inventory, and we have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than I do. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk in the corner where the paperwork sits. Sometimes customers just drop in to see how their parts are coming along. We mostly deal with local guys around Ahmedabad. It's honest work. We try to get things done when we say we will, though sometimes the machines act up or the power goes out, which throws a wrench in things. That's life in a workshop. We just keep at it every day and try not to let the stress get to us too much. It's just a regular business like any other on this road.
