Mark Tools Traders/Mark Engineering

You can find Mark Tools Traders, which some people call Mark Engineering, at 27 Mira Chamber. We are right opposite the Syndicate Bank in the Kadia Kui area on Relief Road. It’s a very old and busy part of the city. There’s always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside. Our shop is full of tools and engineering parts. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we have so much stock on the shelves. There’s barely enough room for two people to stand at the counter sometimes. We’ve been at Mira Chamber for a long time. The building is old and the stairs are a bit steep. We don't have an elevator or anything like that. We spend our day finding the right tool for whoever walks in. It’s often oily and smells like metal in here. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a marketing department. We just have our reputation on Relief Road. People come to us because they know we have the parts. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is just knowing where we put things on the shelf. It’s a bit messy, but it’s our mess. We just keep the doors open and help the people who come in. That’s all there is to it. We just focus on the tools and the engineering parts we have here. If you need a specific tool, we probably have it buried somewhere on a shelf.
