Ushma Engineers

Our office is over at Number 100 in the Rajdeep Industrial Estate. If you know the Vatva area, you know where Bidi Talab is, and we’re right near there. Ushma Engineers isn't some massive factory, just a solid space where we get our engineering work done. It gets pretty loud in the estate during the day with all the other businesses running, but we've gotten used to it. Most of the staff here have been with us for a long time. We mostly focus on the technical side of things and making sure parts are right. We aren't the type to wear suits or have fancy brochures. You'll usually find us in work shirts with pens in our pockets. The tea stall down the road sees us quite a bit. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes, but it's where the work happens. We handle our daily tasks, talk to the regulars who come by, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with drawings and tools, but we know where everything is. Vatva has a lot of energy and we’re just one of the many shops trying to keep the wheels turning. It’s straightforward work. We don’t spend much time on the internet or doing ads, we just stick to what we know and get the orders out the door on time. That's how we've always operated here in Rajdeep.
