You can find Mtl Instruments Pvt. Ltd. at No.3 on the Old Mahabalipuram Road in Sholinganallar. This part of Chennai has grown so fast, it’s hard to keep up. We remember when there were hardly any buildings around here, and now it’s all glass towers and heavy traffic. Our place is a bit more grounded than the big IT parks nearby. We work with instruments, so things need to be kept relatively clean, but it’s still a working shop. There is always someone testing a circuit or looking through a magnifying glass. The OMR road is a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early before the sun gets too high. We have a small pantry where we keep the coffee supplies. It’s the most popular spot in the building. Our desks are covered in wires, small tools, and half-finished projects. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know how to fix and build things. Sometimes a customer comes in with a broken piece of equipment and we spend the whole afternoon trying to figure out what went wrong. It’s like solving a puzzle every day. We like the challenge, even if it gets frustrating when a part doesn't fit right. It’s just us doing our thing on the edge of the city. We have been here for a good while and know the area well.
