Working at Shree Intertrade Pvt. Ltd. means spending a lot of time in our office at 4 Shree Satsang Society. We are located near the old railway in Maninagar East. It’s a familiar spot for most of us who live nearby. The office is tucked away in a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. We handle different types of trade, and the desks are always covered in manifests and invoices. The noise from the railway line is just part of the background now. We don't really have a big fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our computers or talking on the phone with customers. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always running at full speed. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, things can get a bit messy with all the paperwork. Our group is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how each other works. There is no big corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs and making sure things get sent out on time. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby and eat together in the small break area. It is a simple life and a simple business, focused on getting the trading done right without any extra complications or polished speeches about what we do. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything on track.
