Our office for Sapphire Exim Agency is on the 4th floor of Loha Bhavan, room 419. We are in the Old High Court Lane in the Navrangpura area, specifically toward Maninagar East. Loha Bhavan is an older building with a lot of history. It’s got that specific smell of old offices and paper. We’ve been here for several years. Getting up to the 4th floor every day keeps us moving. The lane outside is usually crowded with cars and motorcycles. It can be a challenge to find parking, so we usually get in early. We do agency work for imports and exports. This means we are the middle people making sure things go where they should. It’s a lot of checking codes and verifying weights. We don’t have a big polished showroom. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Navrangpura is a central part of the city, so it’s easy to get around from here. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big buzzwords. We just do the job. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local stalls nearby. It’s a very normal office life. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in this building, but we’ve stayed put. Our focus is just on the daily grind and making sure our clients get their stuff. It’s honest work and we like the routine of it. We keep our heads down and work.
