We are out in Moraiya village, located at Survey No.423/P. You have to take the Sarkhej-Bawla Highway to get here. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where all the big machinery plants are. Our place is quite large because we need the room for the machines we build. Mamata Machinery has been around for a while, and this spot in Sanand is where we do the bulk of our assembly. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or parts waiting to be put together. It’s a noisy environment, but that's just the sound of things being made. We have a bunch of people who have been with us for years. They know these machines inside out. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We'd rather have better tools. The highway outside is always busy with transport trucks. Sometimes when it rains, the area gets a bit muddy, but we manage. We just focus on the engineering and getting the machines ready for the customers. It’s a straightforward job. We show up early, do the work, and make sure everything is solid before it leaves the gate. It’s a good, honest place to work, even if the commute is long. We just like building things that work and keeping the factory floor productive.
