We are located near the Matoda Plant on the Main Road. It’s a pretty straightforward location to find if you are heading that way. We work in the pharmaceutical side of things, but our day-to-day is more about the practical side of running the place. The office is close to where the actual production happens. It’s a large site, so there’s always people coming and going, trucks arriving, and security checks. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We follow a lot of rules because of the nature of the work. It’s not a place for lounging around. We have a schedule to stick to and plenty of documentation to fill out. The air is a bit different out here compared to the city center, which is a nice change sometimes. We have our own canteen where most of us eat lunch together. It’s a professional environment but we keep things grounded. We aren't big on corporate buzzwords. We just show up, do our assigned tasks, and make sure everything is handled correctly. There’s a lot of responsibility involved in what we do, so we try to stay focused even when it gets repetitive. It’s just a regular part of the industrial landscape on this road. We’ve been here for years and it’s become our second home. We check the clocks often to make sure the shifts are changing smoothly and the work keeps moving.
