Mahan Pharma

Mahan Pharma is situated in Lunawada, specifically near the Bank of Baroda. That bank is a bit of a landmark for us because it’s how we explain our location to everyone. If you find the bank, you’ve basically found us. Lunawada is a decent place to work. It’s got that small-town energy where everyone seems to be in a bit of a rush but still has time to stop and talk. We run a pretty straightforward operation here. It’s mostly about managing the pharmaceutical inventory and making sure the local clinics get what they need. Our office is simple. We have some wooden chairs for visitors and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on ledgers and our own memory. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The area around the Bank of Baroda is usually crowded with people doing their banking, so there is always something to look at out the window. We’ve been here for years and haven't felt the need to move. The rent is fair and the people are friendly. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. It’s a quiet life, mostly just keeping the shelves stocked and the orders moving along. It suits us just fine and we hope to keep at it for a while.
