We’re located at 122/1 Kochrab Nano Thakor Vaas in Ahmedabad. If you go behind the Gandhi Ashram, you’ll find us. We’re in the Ellis Bridge area, near Paldi. Magus Customer Dailog Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while now. We deal with customer interactions and talking to people on behalf of other companies. It’s a lot of phone work and sitting at computers all day. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the area, but it’s a good spot once you find it. We like being near the Ashram, it feels like a historic part of Gujarat. Our team is just regular people who live around here. We don't have a polished corporate image or anything like that. We just answer the phones and try to solve the problems that come our way. Sometimes the calls are easy, and sometimes they aren't. We just take them as they come. The building itself is older, but it serves our purpose. We have our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the city. It’s a steady job and we’ve gotten used to the daily grind. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a helpful service for the businesses that hire us to handle their calls.
