The office is tucked away on the first floor of the Vishwakarma Complex, which sits right on the busy Narol Sarkhej Road. Being near the Asopalav Hotel makes it easier for people to find us, though the traffic out front can be a real headache during rush hour. We have units 13 and 14. It is not a very large space, just enough for some desks and the shelving we need for the stock. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have a few ceiling fans that stay on all day to keep the air moving. Our daily routine is mostly about checking the orders that come in and making sure the boxes are labeled correctly. We handle a fair amount of different medicines, so we have to stay organized. Sometimes the delivery drivers get stuck in the narrow lanes behind the complex, which adds a bit of stress to the afternoon. We usually have tea together around four o'clock. It is just a few of us here. We do not have any fancy signs or a big reception area. Most of the work is done on old wooden desks that have been here since we opened. The windows look out toward the main road, so there is always something to watch if we take a break. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We just try to keep up with the paperwork and stay on top of the deliveries.
