Manpasand Impex Pvt. Ltd. is situated at number 1441 in Nava Madhupura, right near the Delhi Darwaja. This part of the city is always crowded and full of life. It’s an old area, and our building has that weathered look that comes with time. We’ve been here for a good while now. The streets around Delhi Darwaja are narrow and often jammed with rickshaws, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside our office, things are pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of ledgers. We deal with trade on a daily basis, mostly focusing on the import side of things. It’s a lot of talking to agents and checking on the status of shipments at the port. We aren't some high-tech startup. We still use a lot of paper and have a landline that won't stop ringing. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we're more like a family than coworkers. We eat our lunch together and complain about the heat in the summer. We don't use big words or have complicated systems. We just try to keep the business running smoothly and treat people decently. It’s a busy life in a busy part of town, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep moving forward.
