M Time & Telecom

M Time & Telecom is located in Maninagar, inside Vijay Plaza. We are at shop G-37, right across from the Abad Dairy on Kankaria Road. It's a busy stretch of road with people always moving. We deal with watches and mobile phones mostly. People come in when their watch battery dies or when their phone screen gets cracked. We also sell some basic models and accessories like chargers and covers. The shop is small, just a counter and some display cases against the wall. It’s been our livelihood for a while now. Kankaria is a popular area, so we get a lot of people walking by after visiting the lake or the park nearby. We keep the shop open late most nights because that's when people are out and about. It’s just me and a helper usually. We don't have any big corporate backing or investors. We just bought the shop and started working. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought, and we have to ask customers to be patient. We don't use any fancy diagnostic machines, just our eyes and some small screwdrivers and tools. It’s a simple business. We like talking to the people who stop in. You hear a lot of stories sitting behind a counter all day long. We aren't looking to expand or anything like that. This one shop is enough for us. It’s a steady life in a good part of town. We just hope the phones keep ringing and the watches keep ticking.
