Lubi Group of Industries has a spot over in Vastral at Shivalay-55. It’s right in the Ratapura area of Ahmedabad. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a lot of industry and hard work going on. Our place isn't something out of a magazine. It’s a functional building where we get things done every day. There’s usually a bit of dust in the air and the sound of machinery or trucks nearby. We’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. The office part of things is pretty basic. We have our desks, our ledgers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. It gets quite hot in Ahmedabad, so we mostly focus on keeping the work moving while staying out of the sun when we can. We deal with a lot of different people, from suppliers to the guys working out on the floor. It’s a busy environment and there isn't much time for standing around. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or trying to look like something we aren't. We’re an industrial group, and we act like it. The Ratapura area is a good place for us because it’s where the real work happens. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand at Shivalay-55. It’s a local operation with a lot of moving parts and plenty of daily challenges.
