Lotus School

Lotus School is located right at the Jodhpur Gam Cross Road in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. It is a busy spot, but the school has been here for a long time. We have kids coming in from all the nearby streets. The mornings are usually quite loud because of the parents dropping off their children and all the scooters parked nearby. Inside, it is just a normal school with regular classrooms and desks. We do not have any fancy facilities, just the basics like books and a small yard where the kids can play when it is not too hot. The building is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We focus on teaching the subjects and making sure the students attend their classes. Ahmedabad summers are really tough, but we have fans and the rooms are okay. You see the same faces every single day at the school gate, and it feels like a real community. The Satellite area has changed so much around us with new shops and more traffic now, but Lotus School stays pretty much the same. Most people find us easily because the crossroad is such a well-known landmark. It is not some big corporate campus, just a local place for kids to learn. We keep things simple. Teachers drink tea in the small staff room between their periods. That is just how it is here. Nothing flashy, just a school in a busy part of town.
