Loha & Sons

Our office is A-8 in the Ayodhya Chamber, right on Ashram Road. Being on Ashram Road means there’s always something happening outside the window, lots of people and cars moving at all hours. Loha & Sons is a family-run kind of place, even if we have some staff who aren't family. We’ve been in this building for years, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over time. It’s a basic setup with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with various metal and structural things, mostly just coordinating orders and talking to suppliers. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and coffee machines. We usually just make a pot of tea in the corner. People stop by to discuss their requirements, and we sit down and figure it out on a notepad. Sometimes the elevator in Ayodhya Chamber is acting up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. It’s a very normal, local business. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we’re more than we are. We’re just here from nine to six, making sure the business stays steady and our customers are taken care of. It’s been our home for a long time, and we like being right in the middle of the city’s activity.
