Lgb Balakrishnan & Brod. Ltd. is located right on Ashram Road, which is one of the busiest stretches in the city. Our office is in Nanalal Chamber, specifically occupying units 119 and 120. If you are familiar with the area, we are directly opposite the Times Of India building, which makes it a lot easier for visitors to find the entrance. Being on Ashram Road means there is a lot of traffic and activity outside our windows from dawn until dusk. It's a central spot though, so getting here isn't too difficult for most folks once they navigate the main road. The office inside is fairly straightforward and functional. We have been in this building for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as new constructions go up. We mostly focus on our daily tasks and keeping the wheels turning without much fuss. It isn't a high-rise corporate tower with glass walls, just a solid, practical workspace where we can sit down and focus on the job. Sometimes the elevators in the chamber act up, but that is just part of being in an older building in this part of town. Our staff is used to the pace here and the constant movement. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just do our work and head home when the day is done. Most of our visitors come by because they’ve known our location for years. It's a reliable place for us to be.
