Lenmar Consulting Group

We are based here in Ahmedabad, running Lenmar Consulting Group. It's not a giant operation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group of us trying to help other businesses figure out their problems. Ahmedabad is a busy place for business, so there is always someone needing a bit of advice or a new perspective on how they are running things. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising or trying to sound more important than we are. Mostly, we just sit down with clients and talk through what’s going on. Some days are spent looking at spreadsheets and others are just spent on the phone or in meetings across the city. The office is usually a bit noisy because we like to talk through ideas instead of just sending emails back and forth all day. It works better that way for us. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, and we’ve tried to keep up with it. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the challenge of finding solutions that actually work for people here. We’re just a local team doing our thing. No big corporate scripts or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with a cup of chai just trying to get through the afternoon's to-do list. It’s practical work, and we like it that way. We don't have any big secrets to our work, we just put in the hours and try to be useful for the long term.
