Out here in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, things move at a steady pace. Our place is at 121/B, and it’s a typical industrial setup. Komet Precision Tools India Private Limited has been part of this area for a good while. The roads are wide enough for the big trucks, but they can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up. Inside, we keep things organized. You can't really do precision work in a mess. But we aren't some cold, high-tech facility you’d see in a movie. We’re just a bunch of guys and gals who know how to handle tools and machinery. Most of our day is spent at the benches or checking the equipment. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the task at hand. The industrial estate has a lot of businesses, so there’s a sense of being part of a larger workforce. We take our breaks together and talk about normal stuff, not just work. The office part of the building is small and mostly used for keeping records. We prefer being out where the actual work happens. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears suits here unless there’s a very weird reason. We just wear our work clothes and get through the day's list. It’s honest, hard work and we’re happy to be doing it right here in Bommasandra. It's just what we do every single day.
