This is our second unit, located on Vinzol Gam Road at Survey No. 584/1+2-A&B. We’re right near Akshar Industrial Estate, which is a convenient spot for us to operate. This unit handles a lot of the overflow and specific assembly work that we can’t fit in the other building. It’s a bit of a different layout here, more focused on putting the final pieces together before they ship out. We have a decent amount of floor space, which is nice when we have large frames to move around. The crew here is small but they know exactly what needs to happen. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure everything fits together like it's supposed to. It’s not always quiet, especially when the cranes are moving, but it’s a good place to work. We get quite a bit of dust coming in from the road, so we’re always sweeping up at the end of the shift. We don't really do fancy meetings or presentations. Most of our discussions happen over a cup of tea near the loading bay. We just look at the drawings and figure out the best way to get the job done. It’s been a steady climb getting this unit running smoothly, but we’re in a good rhythm now. Being on Vinzol Gam Road means we see a lot of traffic, but it also means it’s easy for the delivery trucks to find us when they come to pick up orders.
