Kirti Electricals

You can find Kirti Electricals right in the middle of Vastrapur Main Bazar. We are positioned directly opposite the Lake View Apartment. The bazar is a very lively place, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to shop. Our store is filled with all the usual electrical stuff—wires, switches, bulbs, and some heavier equipment too. We’ve been part of this market for a long time. The shop itself is a bit narrow, so we have to use every inch of wall space for displays. Sometimes it is hard to move around when we have a big shipment of ceiling fans or conduits sitting on the floor. We don't have a fancy dress code or a front desk. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to whoever walks in. Often, we are busy helping someone figure out why their wiring is acting up or which bulb would be bright enough for their room. It's a lot of talking and a lot of reaching for things on high shelves. The lake is nearby, so sometimes we take a walk there during a slow afternoon. But mostly, we are here, behind the counter, handling the day-to-day business. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People come to us because we are right there in the bazar and they know we have what they need. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we are happy with it. The street vendors outside start setting up their stalls in the late afternoon. The smell of street food sometimes drifts into the shop and makes us hungry.
