Khalsa Mill Store

We are out on the Bavla-Dholka Road at Survey No 605 and 606-P. Khalsa Mill Store is a place where we deal with all sorts of mechanical parts and mill supplies. Being in Bavla, we see a lot of people from the local industries and farms who need something fixed or replaced. The store is full of metal parts, belts, and tools. It’s a bit of a maze if you don't know where things are kept. I spend most of my time looking for specific bolts or bearings that someone needs for their machinery. My hands are usually stained with a bit of oil or grease, and the smell of metal is everywhere. It’s a tough environment, especially when the summer heat hits the metal roof of the store. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where function comes before style. We have some old wooden chairs for people to sit on while we find what they need. Sometimes the inventory counts get a bit messy, so we spend the slower hours counting boxes and writing things down. It’s a necessary job for the area, and we take it seriously even if we don't look very polished. We just keep the shelves stocked with the parts that keep the mills around here running. There is always someone coming in with a broken part hoping we have the match in our bins.
