Jain Mill Store Ltd. is located near Mira Industries, right by the Memco Char Rasta on Naroda Road. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty loud with all the industrial traffic. We’ve been selling tools, parts, and hardware here for a long time. The shop is usually a bit dusty because of all the metal and machinery we keep in stock. We don't have a shiny showroom. It's more of a warehouse feel where things are stacked up to the ceiling. If you need a specific bolt or a heavy-duty belt, we probably have it buried somewhere in the back. We don't use fancy sales tactics. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming here for decades. We know them by name. The staff here isn't dressed in suits; we're usually in work clothes because we’re moving heavy boxes all day. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when a lot of people come in at once, but we try to help everyone as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward business. We buy stuff, we stock it, and we sell it. No big corporate philosophy here, just a lot of hard work and staying open late when we need to. Naroda Road is our home, and we like being part of the bustle. It is a noisy, busy place but it is where we belong.
