Baliga Sales & Service

Baliga Sales & Service is based at 4005, Phase-Iv, G.I.D.C. Estate, right behind the New Nirma plant in Vatva. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the turns. We’ve been working out of this spot for years now. We mostly handle repairs and selling parts to other businesses in the estate. It’s a grease-under-the-fingernails kind of place. The workshop is usually a bit messy with tools lying around and parts waiting to be fixed. We don't bother much with keeping the office looking perfect. As long as we can find the keys and the invoices, we’re happy. Most of our customers are folks we’ve known for a long time. They stop by for a chat even when they don't need anything fixed. We’ve got a couple of old benches outside where we sit when the sun isn't too hot. Vatva is a busy industrial hub, so there’s always a truck backing up or someone unloading crates nearby. We like the grit of the place. It feels real. We aren't some big corporation with a call center. If you call, you'll probably talk to me or one of the guys in the back. We just do the work and try to be fair with everyone. It's a simple way to run things, but it has worked for us so far in this busy corner of the city.
