Hindustan Tractor Spares is based in the Akik Complex, rooms 1008 and 1009. We’re right opposite Rajpath Club in the Bodak area. We’ve been dealing in tractor spares for quite some time. It’s the kind of business where you really need to know your parts. A farmer calls up needing a specific gear or a gasket, and we have to figure out exactly what fits. We aren't a showroom, it’s more of an office where we coordinate everything. S. G. Highway is a busy place to be, but it’s easy for people to find us. The office is usually full of catalogs and part numbers. It’s not the cleanest looking place because there’s always something being looked up or moved around. We just like to get things right so the tractors can get back to work. We don't bother with fancy talk. If you need a part, we try to get it for you. It’s a straightforward business. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. We just keep doing what we know. It's a lot of inventory management and making sure the supply chain stays moving. Just regular people doing a regular job. We don't have a mission statement, we just have a lot of metal parts to keep track of every day. It works for us and keeps the lights on.
